About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our Design team, you will play a leading role in the design and implementation of electrical systems for our clients in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop electrical design concepts and detailed designs for projects
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined engineering teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
  • Participate in safety studies and reviews of design solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Work with construction and commissioning teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Professional registration with IET, InstMC, or similar
  • Proven track record in electrical design and construction
  • Knowledge of British and European design standards
