HR Advisor Opportunity at Wise May

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Wise May, an Insurance company based in the City. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their career in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide HR support across our businesses, ensuring seamless operations and employee satisfaction.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  3. Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable insights and improve our HR practices.
  4. Ensure our employee handbooks are up-to-date, reflecting our company's values and policies.
  5. Carry out a wide range of project work, applying your expertise to drive business results.
  6. Offer guidance and advice to employees and line managers, promoting a culture of open communication.
  7. Conduct research and prepare papers as requested, providing actionable insights to inform our business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working in a fast-paced HR department, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  2. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  3. An enthusiastic and flexible approach, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
  4. A proactive attitude, with a 'can-do' mentality and a detail-oriented approach.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
