Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at a small animal practice in the Ross on Wye area of Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work in a purpose-built practice with state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of high-quality patient care, including treatment and care of exotic wild animals
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to provide excellent patient care and customer service
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse with a strong background in small animal practice
  • Registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
