Senior Kitchen Manager for Aylesbury Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Chef to join our team at Hampden Hall Care Centre, a care home located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing hot and cold meals for residents according to their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare healthy and nutritious meals for residents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assist with menu planning and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Certificate Level II in Food Safety and Hygiene
- Previous experience in a similar role and setting
- Knowledge of nutritional needs of older people
- Health and safety and regulatory requirements
