The successful candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification and experience teaching English to GCSE Level, and preferably knowledge of Functional Skills. The role involves delivering high-quality classes to GCSE English students, attending and contributing to staff meetings and professional development, and supporting students with low ability and low confidence. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and time management skills, ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and proficiency with technology. A DBS is required for this role, and Eden Brown can apply on behalf of the candidate if necessary. The position is a full-time temporary role with 36 hours per week paid, and additional responsibilities as outlined below.
