Senior Trader - Liquid Strategies Group

As a Senior Trader in the Liquid Strategies Group, you will be responsible for executing trades in liquid markets across multiple asset classes, working closely with portfolio managers to deliver top-tier trade execution and improve asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with portfolio managers to execute trades in FX, equities, rates, commodities, and futures.
  • Harvest and deliver differentiated market intelligence on macro themes to portfolio managers and senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Applied Research Unit and Technology Group to improve trading technology and data analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties and liquidity providers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of trading experience, with exposure to electronic trading.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Affinity for taking intra-day and inter-day market timing risks.
  • Ability to program in Python and gain insights from data.
