Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts in originating debt financing and advisory mandates in the Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- To support the team's efforts in originating debt financing and advisory mandates in the LBO sector, with a specific focus on Northern Europe (UK, Netherlands, and Scandinavia) for Leveraged Finance loans and high-yield bonds across all relevant currencies.
- To ensure compliance practices are observed, KYC processes completed, due diligence reports comprehensively analyzed, and key elements reflected in the credit applications and financial models.
- To support the development of the product offering in line with LBO's strategy and priorities, taking an innovative and creative approach to new product/service development with a view to identifying improved customer service and product portfolio.
- To gather an understanding of capital markets and loan financing, the dynamics, and the related instruments, including credit and rates derivatives to propose relevant financing solutions and advisory.

- Client orientation – demonstrate discipline and team collaboration to develop business adapted to clients' and markets' needs
- Commitment – ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines, and to deliver on team's priorities
- Communication skills – including language skills (as relevant)
