Stanford Real Estate Partners is in search of a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to oversee a substantial Property Investment and Management enterprise. This pivotal role will report directly to the Finance Director and will be integral in managing and expanding the finance team, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and present monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Oversee all month-end closing activities.
- Conduct analytical reviews of essential financial indicators.
- Maintain up-to-date and fully reconciled service charge accounting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity across all financial ledgers.
- Prepare and review regular cash flow forecasts.
- Act as the primary liaison for audits, engaging with auditors, tax consultants, and other service providers.
- Review VAT/CIS compliance and other statutory obligations.
- Assess quarterly distribution schedules.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience in the real estate sector. Strong team leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management are essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel are required.
