About The Role
EKC Group is seeking a skilled Supply Lecturer to join their approved staffing list. As a Supply Lecturer, you will teach, train, and assess adult learners in a variety of learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Your role will involve providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential and leading on designated study programmes and/or courses. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating programmes to ensure learners receive the best possible education.
Please note that being added to the approved staffing list is not a guarantee of employment. Once you have been interviewed and all pre-employment checks are in place, you will be placed within the supply pool of staff available for temporary work.
As a Supply Lecturer at EKC Group, you will be paid £18 per hour worked, with the option to claim an additional half an hour for planning and administration. This means you can earn up to £135 per day for 5 hours of teaching and 2.5 hours of planning and administration.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and engaging individual who can plan and teach innovative lessons. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, assessing and tracking student progress, and ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach a range of designated study programmes and/or courses from Level 1 up to Level 3 and motivate learners to achieve and succeed on their programmes of study.
