About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Danny Sullivan Group Ltd. As a key member of our site delivery team, you will be responsible for managing water projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of projects, ensuring successful handover.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to enhance the company's market position.
  • Lead by example in promoting safety, complying with Health & Safety policies, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Support and manage site teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and project delivery.
  • Plan, sequence, and coordinate project activities, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones to prevent delays.
  • Oversee project budgets, costs, cash flows, and financial updates, ensuring maximum profit and compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Manage design consultants, chair project meetings, and produce reports on budget, progress, risks, safety, and quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance, address risk-related issues, and ensure environmental and heritage considerations throughout project phases.

Requirements:

  • Degree level educated (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing multiple/complex projects within the correct discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience, or more (preferred).
  • Proven experience in handling projects of £2m and above.
  • Understanding of all aspects of successful project management.
  • Experience of risk management and risk.
