Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at First Base. As a key member of our contracts department, you will play a crucial role in managing new orders and ensuring smooth delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Review and update contract scope as necessary to ensure accurate execution.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue and pursue them accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with customers on production progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with the workshop manager to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Higher National Certificates/Diplomas or equivalent; or one year of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Planner, Excel, Word, Order Processing, and other MS Office applications.

Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
