Based in a stunning central location, Hays Human Resources is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a growing team of teaching staff across the UK.

The Role
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers, providing general people queries and advice across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers on routine and complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance meetings, sickness, occupational health referrals, and performance management.
  • Build relationships with managers at all levels and develop a good understanding of the business to identify issues and trends.

This role requires strong generalist HR experience, with sound knowledge of employee relations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
