Facade Site Manager

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Facade Site Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site process, including sub-contractors, materials, and deliveries, to ensure the successful completion of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all sub-contract labor and resources to ensure efficient site operations.
- Monitor and enforce contractual obligations and KPIs for all personnel on site.
- Provide regular management information on customer records and completed installations.
- Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork, including works programmes and installation RAMS updates.
- Communicate with company project management and customers throughout the project.
- Ensure all customer contractual obligations are met.
- Enforce and monitor health and safety aspects on site.
- Resolve on-site issues and monitor and snag works daily.
- CSCS card holder (preferred)
- SMSTS/SSSTS Qualified
- Strong organisational and proactive working skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong customer focus for internal and external customers.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Impeccable record-keeping skills.
- Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
