Job Summary:
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Stratford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be able to provide copies of their trade certificates.

Key Responsibilities:
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
Water pressurization units
Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling
Steam Plant
Condensers, Condenser Returns
Cooling towers
Softeners
Humidifiers
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Boilers – re-sets
Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults

Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ
NVQ in Mechanical
Good communication skills
Excellent customer skills
Ability to travel back home after finishing at 00:00am

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday / 10:00am - 19:00pm or 08:00am - 17:00pm

Salary:
£25 per hour Umbrella only
