Role Summary:
We are seeking a 1:1 LSA to support neurodivergent young people at one of our partner schools in Lewisham.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individualized support to students with Dyslexia, enhancing their academic and personal growth.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored educational plans.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
Requirements:
- First-Class subject knowledge in Psychology.
- Experience working with individuals with Dyslexia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
