About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Gosforth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales and lettings success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Generate and book valuations, viewings, and financial services appointments
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate lettings
  • Provide outstanding customer care and service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and lettings targets
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Sales Negotiator or someone in Sales looking to transition into Estate Agency
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence holder with own car available
