About the Role: Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a skilled PHP Web Developer to join a leading company in assistive technology. As a PHP Web Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining websites, web applications, and internal tools, while also working on designing, developing, and testing software based on user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop web applications and internal tools using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Design and develop software based on user needs, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience in a web development role.
  • A portfolio of work is required.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Apache on Linux, MySQL, and Git version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with accessibility (W3C-WCAG), Bootstrap (PHP), Bash (Linux), NPM package manager, VueJS, WebPack, Node.js, Symfony, NetSuite, Google Analytics, Postman, Selenium, WebRTC, Internet security and data integrity, Privacy, Cookies, GDPR, SEO, and GIT version control.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.

You should be comfortable working independently, with strong attention to detail and quality control. Good communication, teamwork skills, and a customer-focused mindset are key.
