Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team at our Carmarthen location. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals to our high standards, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our menu specifications, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, while maintaining our brand's culinary standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef or in a related kitchen role.
