We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Stock Controller to join our team at Liberty Wines. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our stock levels.
- Provide daily stock control support to ensure site inventory remains accurate and up-to-date in the system.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough stock investigations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform perpetual inventory counting to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent losses.
- Process returns through the system and physically, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Liaise with internal functions to facilitate smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
- Generate activity via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize stock movements and improve efficiency.
- Support all stock, bond, and warehouse operations, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
- Bond experience is highly desirable for this role.
- About You:
- You will be a punctual individual with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience with WMS systems is preferred, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills required for this role.
- You should possess good Office 365 skills, particularly with various programs, to effectively manage administrative tasks.
- A pro-active, friendly, and helpful persona is essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- You must be able to work well independently and as part of a busy team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility when required.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- You will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail, to maintain accurate records and prevent errors.
- Stock control experience is essential for this role, while MHE experience is also highly desirable. Bond experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A personal bonus of up to 5% of your salary, based on performance against key objectives.
- A company bonus of up to 15% of your salary, tied to business performance.
