About the Role

Azets, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Manager to join their team. As a specialist in programme and portfolio management, you will play a crucial role in guiding Azets Group towards best practice for project and portfolio reporting across their businesses in 8 different countries.

The successful candidate will be part of a centralised and dynamic PMO, responsible for identifying, tracking, and reporting on the Group's value creation initiatives. These initiatives are of utmost importance to senior stakeholders, including the Board, and require a highly capable PMO Manager who can design and implement standardisation of high-quality processes, procedures, and outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and direction to PMO Administrators/Analysts and members of the 'Change Network' across Azets Group
  • Own and instil PMO standards, including Planning Standards, Reporting Standards, and Benefits Management
  • Advocate for Group's Business and Digital Change initiatives, fostering a can-do attitude and providing a voice on numerous Business and Group forums
Requirements
  • Considerable experience as a PMO Manager with strong exposure to working in projects, programmes, and portfolio management
  • Ability to work well as an individual and as a team
  • Ability to take initiative and guide a small centralised team
  • Ability to achieve desired results across remote and distributed business
  • Excellent PMO governance disciplines
