The successful candidate will be part of a centralised and dynamic PMO, responsible for identifying, tracking, and reporting on the Group's value creation initiatives. These initiatives are of utmost importance to senior stakeholders, including the Board, and require a highly capable PMO Manager who can design and implement standardisation of high-quality processes, procedures, and outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and direction to PMO Administrators/Analysts and members of the 'Change Network' across Azets Group
- Own and instil PMO standards, including Planning Standards, Reporting Standards, and Benefits Management
- Advocate for Group's Business and Digital Change initiatives, fostering a can-do attitude and providing a voice on numerous Business and Group forums
- Considerable experience as a PMO Manager with strong exposure to working in projects, programmes, and portfolio management
