We are seeking a skilled MI & Data Analyst to join our team at AT Management, an established contact centre providing Customer Service solutions for major companies across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our contact centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Data Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Own and Manage Dashboards: Take ownership of key dashboards, such as compliance, sales, and coaching performance, providing up-to-date and actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Team Managers, Quality Assurance, and Compliance, to ensure that all reporting needs are met.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
