As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver person-centered outcomes, promoting a positive culture, and ensuring services are equipped to make a lasting impact on people's lives.
The role offers a competitive salary up to £30,020 per year, along with a wide range of benefits, including:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in health or social care settings, an upbeat and positive demeanor, and a genuine passion for supporting people to become part of their local and wider community.
You will also have experience working with individuals who present complex behaviors, requiring intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life.
A professional qualification in Health and Social Care is essential, such as a Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, or Care Management Level 3.
