About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable national provider of mental health services for adults with an eating disorder and mental health needs to recruit a Clinical Lead (RMN / RNLD) for their specialist eating disorder hospital in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an aspiring nurse leader to remain in a clinically focussed role whilst developing their skills in operational leadership, quality and strategy.

As a qualified Clinical Lead, you will report into the Hospital Director and form part of the hospitals Senior Management Team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing the nursing team, working in partnership with the support of a full MDT to design and implement packages of care and ensure the quality of services delivered.

You will be responsible for the implementation of effective clinical interventions and ensuring that treatment is designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services and is aligned to best practice.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN / RNLD)
  • Qualified for 3 years with Eating Disorder Experience
  • Valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Strong clinical experience in Eating Disorders and evidence of continuing professional development
