Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager to join our team at Sigma Recruitment Limited.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of analysts and oversee the Quality Control (QC) laboratory, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, helping them develop their skills and ensuring high-quality testing procedures.
- Conduct and verify analytical testing using HPLC and GC techniques.
- Maintain and improve lab standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing and validating new methods and techniques to enhance laboratory processes.
- A degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, forensic science, pharmaceutical science, or similar.
- A background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of GMP.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC and the willingness to carry out testing using them.
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus of up to 20%, subject to personal and company performance.
