About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event & Group Sales Executive to join our team at Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries, while providing exceptional customer service and promoting the hotel's services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize bedroom, meetings, and events revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries
  • Proactively promote the hotel's services to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue growth and business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales-related role, ideally within hospitality
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
