Associate Director Opportunity

Our client, a leading restructuring firm in the Midlands, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the business restructuring team, you will work on a wide range of advisory engagements, providing expert financial analysis and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and identify key issues in restructuring scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and stakeholders, often in challenging and pressured circumstances.
  • Prepare high-quality documents and presentations, meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility for projects, guiding junior colleagues and supporting the lead partner.
  • Review and compile company information, undertaking financial analysis and preparing financial models.
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional qualification (ICAEW/ACCA) with advisory experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and IPS.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills, with good organisational skills to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to learn new things, thrive on new challenges, and work as a self-motivated team player.
