Science Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our forward-thinking Science department in a fantastic secondary school located in Penryn. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4, promoting good progress and outcomes. Experience of teaching Chemistry is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Promote good progress and outcomes for students
* Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of students
* Manage classroom behavior effectively
* Demonstrate good curriculum knowledge
* Liaise with parents and carers

Requirements:

* Adaptability and flexibility in teaching methods
