We are currently migrating our existing Windows Forms-based client to the web.

The front-end web application will be largely green field in terms of UI design and build.

We are seeking an experienced Front End Web Developer to join our team.

As a front-end developer, you will work with product owners and our UI/UX team to deliver our main application.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing front-end web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS
  • Working with CSS and styling frameworks such as Styled Components, Bootstrap, Foundation, Semantic UI, and Material UI
  • Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, and Grunt
  • Writing testable code with unit tests and working in a test-driven manner using JavaScript test frameworks
  • Experience with TypeScript and NodeJS server-side applications
  • Working with CI/CD tooling and building deployment pipelines

We use Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD.

Hybrid working with offices available in York if you want to come in.
