Copello Seeks Production Operative in Marlow

We are working with a defence organisation who require a skilled Production Operative to prepare, prime and paint finish a range of aerospace products using appropriate methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform surface preparation according to manufacturing specifications
  • Deliver jobs on-time to meet requirements
  • Maintain high quality standards
  • Complete relevant paperwork for each job
  • Ensure work area is kept clean and tidy
  • Carry out tasks delegated by the Production Supervisor (Paint)
  • Observe necessary SHE regulations
  • Provide feedback on product design aspects
  • Suggest continuous improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Light manufacturing experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of finishing and prepping techniques; prepping, filling, sanding, rubbing
  • Awareness of SHE issues
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Estimated salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. If you have the required skills, please apply now.
