About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $38.76, based on experience. You will work closely with our Service Manager and Allied Health professionals to deliver care that has a lasting positive impact on our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct baseline and required focus assessments of individual clients' needs and record findings within a Positive Wellbeing Model.
- Develop and review care plans based on assessment findings of individual client needs, ensuring that care strategies are based on evidence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies in consultation with clients, their representatives, and other members of the care team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Some residential aged care experience.
- Current first aid certification.
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
