Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team at Law Business Research Limited in London. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic programmes and projects from concept through to completion, working closely with senior management to deliver business change throughout the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is able to drive projects forward with minimal guidance, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and maintain control over project scope, requirements, timescales, and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver strategic programmes and projects from concept through to completion.
- Work with senior management to deliver business change throughout the organisation.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on progress against key milestones on all group projects.
- Agree and ensure all associated controls are managed in accordance with the scope agreed with key stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project team and the project's scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by various project teams and enforce project standards.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ensure that the final delivery of a project or solution matches (or exceeds) the specification.
- Demonstrate sound business sense and a market-driven approach, with flexibility to modify approaches to achieve goals as information changes and events unfold.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Take responsibility for proactive communication with key business stakeholders involved in your work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Able to create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Able to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project goals.
- Experience in an information services or digital subscriptions business.
- Self-starter and able to drive projects with minimal guidance.
- Strong communicator who effectively communicates ideas to others.
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Project (or equivalent), MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ideally experience of working with and managing outsourced suppliers.
