Key Job Duties
  • Contribute to the development of advanced data analysis techniques and optimize system performance.
  • Pursue strategies to minimize X-ray imaging system dose footprint while maintaining image quality.
  • Deliver in-depth knowledge sharing on X-ray performance standards and dose exposure in cargo and vehicle imaging.
  • Develop sophisticated tools for predicting image performance, analyzing X-ray images, and identifying trends.
  • Create predictive models to forecast detector response to X-ray illumination and simulate X-ray spectral compositions.
  • Work closely with the software team to enhance image processing capabilities.
  • Leverage expertise in X-ray imaging system design to develop innovative solutions for cargo and vehicle inspection.
Essential Qualifications
  • A strong educational foundation in radiation physics, complemented by hands-on experience in experimental settings.
  • Expertise in utilizing Excel and Matlab for intricate data analysis tasks.
  • Able to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting diverse projects.
