With your extensive experience in the IT industry and deep understanding of enterprise landscapes, you will ensure that our solutions are aligned with the business goals and technical requirements of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and very strong communication skills. Strong knowledge of cloud native architectures using both AWS and Azure is a must have for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end application landscapes that align with enterprise strategies and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance and leadership throughout the design and implementation phases, ensuring the integrity and quality of the solutions.
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that best fit the enterprise environment and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, guidelines, and documentation that clearly communicate the solution design to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead discussions and workshops with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.
- Ensure that the architectural solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate existing application landscapes and recommend improvements or migrations to newer technologies where appropriate.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers to foster a culture of architectural excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the industry to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in the IT industry, with hands-on experience in application design and exposure to solution architecture.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, design patterns at an enterprise level.
- Exposure to large scale enterprise landscapes hosted on hybrid (cloud and on-prem) infrastructures.
- Good understanding of various technology stacks, platforms, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and design solutions that address both current and future business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with various application design tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to learn new technologies (at a capability and conceptual level).
