We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Technician to join our Technical Department at Miller Homes Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties and projects, including:

• Preparing and submitting Planning and Building Regulation Applications
• Liaising with local authorities and stakeholders
• Creating design information and construction detailing
• Developing house type drawings and other technical documents
• Attending development and site meetings

You will be working closely with our design and construction teams to ensure that our homes are built to the highest standards. To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully conversant in AutoCAD software and have experience with Revit. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages is also essential.

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed technical drawings and documents
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
