Making a Difference through Music Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Music Educator to join our team at Rocksteady Music School. As a Musician and Mentor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate children in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas. Our mission is simple – to empower as many children as possible and transform their lives through progressive and inclusive music education.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500-£32,500 per annum, with the potential to progress up to £32,500. You will also receive a company bonus scheme of £1,500 per annum based on your performance and the company's performance, as well as 12 weeks of paid holiday per year, fuel contributions, and full training in our progressive teaching methodologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive music lessons in a variety of settings, including primary schools. You will need to be a multi-instrumentalist competent on at least 2 of the following instruments: drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocals, and have excellent communication and social skills with both children and adults. You must also be able to work in a way that promotes the safety and well-being of children and young people.
