STEM Graduate Mentor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic STEM Graduate to join our team as an Academic Support Specialist. As a Science Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their learning journey, working closely with the Class Teacher to ensure students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their learning, using effective strategies to engage and motivate them.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • First-Class STEM Degree from a leading UK University.
  • Prior experience working with children in an academic setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, using your own initiative to support students and colleagues.
