Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at OCS Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol malls, service areas, and public spaces to prevent and respond to incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to tenants and customers.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms as necessary.
  • Assist with first aid and emergency response situations.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and management to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as logging incidents and completing reports.
Requirements
  • SIA license (CCTV and Door Supervisor)
  • Experience working in a security or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
