Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a BMW Vehicle Technology Trainee. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and knowledge in automotive vehicle maintenance and repair.

As a Sytner BMW trainee, you will work in a busy workshop environment, maintaining and repairing motor vehicles to BMW standards. You will also receive comprehensive training at the BMW Academy, with support from a mentor, to ensure you achieve your full potential.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in automotive vehicles and a positive attitude towards learning. No prior experience is necessary, but you should be able to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.

To succeed in this role, you will require GCSE Grade A*-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and one other subject. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £22,000 per annum.
