We are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to join our client's team in driving the delivery of a major Business Plan project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of two new training academies in Leeds and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Lead the planning and communication of project timelines, highlighting changes to baseline.
  • Produce regular status reports, including risks and issues, and escalate when required.
  • Manage Professional Services teams and their outputs, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Support procurement and tendering activities, working closely with the programme manager and procurement team.
  • Ensure consultation of designs internally with all relevant departments and obtain sign-off of all designs.
  • Oversee the statutory consents process and procedures, including planning, listed building consents, and building control.
