We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd.
About the RoleThis role involves working as a supply teaching assistant in schools across the Shrewsbury area, providing support for students with SEN, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, physical disabilities, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with teachers to support students in accessing the curriculum.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- A passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
