We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our Deeside site. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stock within our warehouse.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our site by managing all stock control processes in accordance with our site policy documents. This will involve liaising with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and dispatched loads, as well as managing the problem pallet area in conjunction with our Receipt and Despatch Team.
You will also be responsible for accurately amending pickfaces to maintain stock integrity, providing stock traceability information as required, and investigating and reporting on short shipments. Additionally, you will assist our Stock Management team with investigations and perform other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and dispatched loads
- Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with our Receipt and Despatch Team
- Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity
- Provide stock traceability information as required
- Investigate and report on short shipments
- Assist our Stock Management team with investigations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous stock control experience
- Able to demonstrate a high level of detail
- Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
- PC literate in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience of Autostore WMS is desirable

Location
This role is based at our Deeside site, where you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a talented team of logistics professionals.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
