Preschool Educational Supervisor Position

KiddyKare Ltd seeks an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Preschool Educational Supervisor in our Tadworth nursery.

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity allows the successful candidate to design and implement engaging educational programs for preschool-age children, working closely with other staff members.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 for a 40-hour workweek, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping young minds.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a stimulating and safe learning environment, managing staff ratios, and collaborating with students and supervisors.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative educational programs and resources.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance
  • At least one year of recent relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in Safeguarding principles
