Business Development Associate

This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of sales delivery, including managing customer and internal requests, developing strong working relationships with customers and colleagues, and driving sustainable business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and implement strategic business plans that drive sustainable growth.
- Manage critical contact information, price files, and trackers to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Analyse Epos Sales against forecasts and prepare forward-looking forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Support internal functions with daily administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage day-to-day operations with external and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain management.
- Conduct store visits as requested by Line Manager to assess sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, business strategy, and operations.
- Proven experience in building and utilising business relationships and networks.
- Effective organisational and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible home-based work arrangement.
- Laptop and mobile phone provided for remote work.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, based on the job description and location.
