Bureau Veritas is a globally trusted inspection provider, and we're seeking a skilled Engineer Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of various lifting equipment, including MEWPS, HIAB, Cranes, and FLT's.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct high-quality inspections to ensure compliance with current regulatory and statutory requirements under LOLER & PUWER.
  • Operate within agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards with a clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery.
  • Produce and deliver inspection reports using Bureau Veritas's best-in-class tools for on-site reporting and immediate client access.
  • Act as an advisor to high-profile clients and deliver customer excellence, operating in a professional, friendly, and authoritative manner.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,148 - £45,232 pa.
  • A £8,000 location allowance.
  • A £4,250 pa car allowance/Company Car.
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays with the option to buy or sell 5 holidays, plus an option to carry over 5 days.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ4, City and Guilds 4, HNC, HND or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification for Lift & Crane.
  • LEEa qualifications are preferred alongside a relevant mechanically biased engineering qualification.
  • Minimum three to five years' post-qualification experience working with relevant discipline-specific equipment.
  • Current Clean UK driving license.
