Technical Support Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Support team as a Trainee. This exciting opportunity is based within a well-established and expanding business, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The role will involve shadowing and assisting the technical support team, whilst actively developing your own knowledge of the industry. You will have the opportunity to progress onto producing drainage take-offs independently, and will be expected to develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Shadowing and assisting the technical support team
- Developing your knowledge of the industry and our products and services
- Producing drainage take-offs independently
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- General understanding of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Required qualifications include A level or equivalent in Math, English, and Science. A driving license is also preferred.
