Job Title: Freelance Designers

We are seeking a talented Freelance Designers to join our team at Become Recruitment UK. As a Freelance Designers, you will be responsible for developing concepts of store windows, pop-ups, and in-store visual merchandise elements that reflect the brand's creative vision and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative design visuals for seasonal and one-off window schemes.
  • Proactively seek ideas and concepts that evolve the brand's identity.
  • Create designs for complex projects using 3D software such as Rhino and C4D.
  • Understand and manage the different content specification requirements per store and create edits to support accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Visual Merchandise team on elevating the product displayed accordingly to brand directions.
  • Critically manage time and responsibilities in equal parts while frequently reviewing performance and progress over objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in fashion, architecture, or video environments.
