Job Description Summary

This Senior Governance Specialist role is responsible for leading medical governance across the UK Country Portfolio Office (CPO) with a focus on maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement in materials and GxP processes.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in medical affairs or a compliance/clinical trials focused role within a pharmaceutical company, as well as operations management and execution experience.

In this role, you will proactively identify risks and support risk management and mitigation, oversee local audit and inspection readiness, and monitor CAPAs and operational monitoring related to medical affairs. You will also lead the end-to-end medical governance of regulated activities and provide governance support, advice, coaching, and expert input to local MA activity owners and teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 per annum, an annual bonus, pension scheme, share scheme, health insurance, 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and learning and development opportunities.
