Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Recruiting Heads Ltd. As a peripatetic OH Advisor, you will provide comprehensive health services to clients in the Ipswich and Lowestoft areas.

About the Role

  • Provide comprehensive Occupational Health services at client sites.
  • Conduct health assessments, surveillance, case management, and health/wellbeing promotion.
  • A maximum of 4 cases per day allows for the creation of detailed, personalised reports.
  • Travel to customer sites within approximately a 1-hour radius.
  • Ensure accurate and full completion of all necessary health records and service documentation.

Your Profile

  • Attitude: Highly professional, hands-on Occupational Health practitioner.
  • Qualification: Registered Adult Nurse qualification - NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions and an Occupational Health Degree or Diploma qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communicator, autonomous working, and effective workload planning.
  • Experience: Occupational Health experience required.
  • Knowledge: Full Occupational Health remit, in-depth understanding of confidentiality legislation/GDPR.
