Are you ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career journey? The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact in the NHS.

About the Programme

The GMTS is a two-year programme that provides trainees with a comprehensive development experience, including a 20-day induction, in-role experience on placements, post-graduate education, and pastoral care. You'll have the freedom to design a 2-month 'flexi' placement that suits your interests and career goals.
