Project Manager Role at Scarlettabbott

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Scarlettabbott in York or London. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and implementation of projects within the team
  • Discuss briefs with clients and build strong relationships
  • Develop briefs for design and content teams
  • Plan and manage project timelines and status reports
  • Regularly communicate the correct information to all members of the team
  • Set agendas, complete contact reports, and delegate tasks and actions
  • Manage quality assurance
  • Continuously assess projects to identify and flag risks to team members
  • Manage project and client administration, including all documentation and client contact updates
  • Manage financial processes such as estimating, reconciliations, and billing
  • Report regularly to pod lead and head of project delivery
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Track project progress, both financially and practically
  • Evaluate projects and measure results
  • Arrange and conduct project retrospectives
  • Create and support on project case studies and/or award submissions
  • Take part in brainstorms and add ideas and inspiration to your own and others' project work
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has three plus years' experience as a project manager with the ability to build client and colleague rapport easily. You'll have a strong focus on delivery, time, budget, and excellence and take a proactive approach to projects.

You'll be able to stay focused under pressure, be a great communicator, and never miss a deadline. You'll be interested in creative communication, culture, and people engagement and bring fresh and smart ideas to every project.

We're a busy consultancy, so you'll need to be quick, adaptable, enthusiastic, and hard working. And, yes, we need you to be a team player who can also work independently.

It's essential that you've got experience of using Gantt charts and timelines in Excel, and it would be great if you've used Trello or a similar platform and have worked in an Agile environment.
